1.Take shorter breaks
As your exam approaches you should start taking shorter breaks of not more than 10 minutes in an hour of study. Your concentration should be more on every point of the text book. The break can be talking to your family or enjoying a glimpse of your favourite tv show, but nothing that gives you exertion.
2. Tackle difficult subjects when the mind is fresh
In the early mornings the mind is fresh, so focus on harder subjects during that time. Hard is a relative term, it differs for each student. Some may find mathematics and physics a difficult one and literature an easier one and vice versa.
3. Routine your studies well
Prepare a time table wherein you should focus more on studying the subjects which are at the beginning of the exam and those which has sufficient gaps before the date can be tackled later.
4. Eat a balanced diet
Hold on to diets which has high nutritional value, foods packed with protein and correct amount of carbohydrate. Foods that give you energy and keep the brain function proper. Keep yourself hydrated with plenty of liquid intake.
5. Make notes
While revising, don’t forget to jot down the points in a copy, so that you can go through at a glance whenever required.
7. Solve model papers
You can solve test papers from other sources also.
